FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS
- A resolution to be passed by the club in BOD Meeting to extend a club in a particular area.
- Club should write a letter to Governor for seeking permission to extend a club along with a copy of the Resolution and obtain clearance and send a copy to National Secretariat
- The validity of the permission granted by Governor will be valid for 15 days, subject to renewable.
- Two orientation meetings should be conducted by the sponsoring club and detailed reports should sent to National Secretariat and Governor with in a weeks time in prescribed Formats.
- First orientation meeting should have the Aims & Objects, History of our Association importance of the Extension, Awareness of the movement, Financial obligations, Awards, Programmes & Projects details etc and form an Adhoc Committee. Details to be informed in prescribed Format No. 1015 to the National Secretariat & Governor
- Second orientation meeting should have the electing of the Executive Committee, Finalisation of Inaugural function, payment of Affiliation fee, Subscription and Club supplies etc. and amount should remit to National Secretariat along with list of members with full Bio-data and take clearance for Inauguration. Details to be informed in prescribed Format No. 1016 to National Secretariat along with D.D. & copy to Governor.
- Minimum of 30 members in Rural Area and 40 members in Urban / Semi Urban Area should be there to start a new club.
- Financial obligations
- Any one of the National Officer, (National Director and above Cadre) should be the Chief Guest for the inauguration of New club.
- Inauguration invitation card, Stage Banner, Seating arrangements, Meeting Agenda must be taken care in advance.
- All models should be provided to the New clubs by Deputy Governor or by Sponsoring club.
- Format No. 1020 is to be filled at the Inaugural Function and obtain the signature of new Club's President, Secretary, Chief Guest / Governor & Region Chairman and to be despatched to International Secretariat with in 2 days of Inauguration by concern Region Chairman.
- New Club Banner, Pins, Stickers, District Directories, CMRs etc., should be sent atleast 3 days in Advance to sponsoring club or to Region Chairman which is to be presented at the Inaugural Function.
- New Club Banner unveiling system should be explained.
- Concerned Zone chairperson should advise and supervise the Inaugural function.
- Local guests to give only Felicitations at the end. Strictly no speeches.
- All clubs inaugurating in October & November have to pay Annual Activity Fund as prescribed by VCI.
- Clubs inaugurating in the month of December have to pay full Annual Activity Fund for the next year

- Club should write a letter to Governor for seeking permission to extend a New club along with a copy of the BOD Resolution to obtain clearance and send a copy to International Secretariat.
- The validity of the permission granted by Governor will be valid for 30 days, subject to its renewal.
- Two Orientation Meetings should be conducted via any Social Media by any IEC Officer / Sponsoring Club and detailed reports should be sent to International Secretariat and Governor within a week's time in prescribed Formats.
- First Orientation Meeting shall be on the Aims & Objects, History of our Association, importance of the Extension, Awareness of the Movement, Financial obligations, Awards, Programmes& Projects details etc and form an Adhoc Committee. - Minimum of 40 Members may be diffrent areas may be there to start a New E-Club at anywhere on the Globe.
- Financial obligations : Contact VCI Office or District Governor for details.
- Any one of the International Officers, (International Director and above Cadre, appointed by International President) should be the Chief Guest for the Virtual Inauguration(Skype, etc.) of new Club.
- The E-Club Members can schedule a date for online meetings through any Social Media.
- Online reports should be sent before 10th of every month. Activity photos should be sent to VCI. to get posted in virtual media.
- The E-Club can organise Fellowship / Business / Leadership / Service activities through online.
- The E-Club members will get monthly News Magazine by PDF to their e-mail ids.
- The E-Club members are eligible to join VKSP Scheme of VCI.
- The E-Club members are eligible for all benefits like regular Club from VCI.
- Concerned Region Charimen& Zone chairperson should advise and supervise the Virtual Inaugural function.
- All clubs inagurating in October & November have to pay Annual Activity Fund as prescribed by VCI.
- Clubs inaugurating in the month of December have to pay full Annual Activity Fund for the next year.
- Collect E-mail IDs, Mobile & WhatsApp / Telegram Numbers.
- Create an e-mail / whatsapp/Telegram group.
- Post VCI information by collecting copy from website.
- Send videos of VCI History and various activities of VCI. Collect Youtube Video links from VCI.
- Send Format No.1015, 1016, 1010 & 1006(Download from website www.vasaviclubs.org)to VCI Office by e-mail on vasaviclubs.org@gmail.com after remittance of above mentioned by online payment.
